A pre-order allows you to secure an item before it officially arrives in stock. Due to high demand, we offer pre-orders to ensure you don’t miss out on must-have styles!
🗓 Estimated Shipping Time
Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping window listed in the product description. Please note that this is an estimate and subject to change based on production and shipping timelines from our vendor.
📩 Order & Shipping Updates
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- When your item arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information via email.
- If there are any delays or changes, we will keep you informed!
🚚 Shipping & Combined Orders
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
- If you’d like your in-stock items to ship first, we recommend placing separate orders.
🔄 Cancellations & Returns
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed. Since we secure these items specifically for you, we are unable to issue refunds.
- As per our policy, pre-order items are eligible for store credit only if you choose not to wait.
